It penetrates the porous materials, HVAC pathways, and wall cavities where those
bacteria actually live — treated at the source, not masked.
The dry-fog particles are roughly half the size of a mold spore — at least ten times
finer than the fogging equipment other companies use — so they bounce off surfaces
instead of sticking and creating moisture. That lets the vapor reach anywhere
odor-causing bacteria can reach: wall cavities, HVAC ductwork, upholstery, and carpet
pad. In Charlotte's humid subtropical climate, that same porous-material penetration
is what keeps musty and mildew odors from creeping back after a wet summer.
Stage 1
InstaPURE™ — eradication
Does the eradication work with EPA Safer Choice, Green Circle-rated active
ingredients — Acetic Acid (a household disinfectant that becomes vinegar mixed
with water), Peracetic Acid (which does most of the work and leaves no trace after
treatment), and Hydrogen Peroxide (a common antiseptic).

InstaPURE™ VaPURE™ treatment
Our VaPURE™ dry-fog technology carries the InstaPURE™ process's EPA Safer Choice active ingredients — Acetic Acid, Peracetic Acid, and Hydrogen Peroxide — into the porous materials, fabrics, and HVAC pathways that hold odor-causing bacteria. The vapor disperses like a gas — treating the enclosed air volume in a single visit.

04 Stage Four
Re-test & walkthrough
We return after treatment to confirm with you that the odor is gone. If anything remains, our warranty covers a re-treatment.
We are confident in the effectiveness of our treatment. So confident, in fact, that we offer a 1 Year Free Re-treatment Warranty on the treatment process. This warranty stays with the home, so if you sell, the new buyers will be able to trust in the solution as well. A longer warranty is available through our recurring inspection service called the Peace of Mind Warranty Plan. If you see mold growth or are otherwise concerned it has returned, we will return and retreat your home based on the warranty coverage — provided there's no new water intrusion, no prolonged high humidity (over 60% indoor), the home hasn't sat unoccupied more than 30 days, and any recommended repairs were completed. Partial interior treatments, vehicles, and exteriors carry a 90-day free re-treatment warranty.
