Our expert technicians use a suite of professional diagnostic tools — hygrometers, moisture meters, and infrared cameras — across the attic, living space, crawlspace, and HVAC system, combined with their knowledge, to offer insights on the indoor air quality and mold load in your home. Where testing is warranted, a third-party lab runs air, tape, and culturable sample analysis to identify the specific mold species present.

02  Mold Treatment — InstaPURE

The InstaPURE stage eradicates mold and disinfects on contact.

InstaPURE is applied as a dry fog fine enough to reach micro-cracks and crevices traditional methods can't. Its active ingredients — acetic acid, peracetic acid (which does most of the heavy lifting, with no traces left behind), and hydrogen peroxide — are all rated Green Circle, the EPA Safer Choice list's best possible rating.

Treatment is delivered in a single visit, typically without demolition and with no relocation required. Most families are back in their home the same evening.

EverPURE, the backbone of our warranty, inhibits future mold growth.

EverPURE works mechanically, not chemically. After treatment, surfaces carry a layer of microscopic spikes — about 1/1,000th the size of a human hair, with roughly 500 trillion able to fit on the surface of a quarter — each carrying a single-nitrogen-atom positive electrical charge.

Mold, bacteria, and other microbes are negatively charged and are drawn to the spikes like magnets; on contact, the spikes physically tear the cell apart. No residue, no texture, nothing you'll ever notice is there — keeping your home protected long after we've left.
